As a qualified CrossFit Coach, I can help you lose weight, build muscle, or simply get into better shape. I will build you a personal program and record your progress. I've designed an exercise program that fits general overall fitness needs and which you can use in whatever life environment you have. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time. Plus you can store and share your results with a community doing the same program.

Daily mobility/warm up/strength and WOD

Results - That's what we're all after right? Whether you're after decreased body fat, increased muscle mass, improved triglycerides, or stronger bones, Strength & Conditioning training produces measurable results that are visible in blood tests and in the mirror.  Who doesn't want to look good naked?!? Train with me & log your results daily on WODIFY, compare and communicate with other athletes doing the same program. $50 a session

ADDITIONAL SPECIAL PROGRAMMING

Olympic or Elite Engine Programming

This is additional programming to use in addition to the regular daily programming. Whether you’re looking to improve your capacity to work longer or harder, get ready for The Open or work your Olympic Weightlifting? These  programs will help improve your engine fitness or give you the volume and skill work to improve your lifting numbers. You’ll see an improvement in your performance in 3 to 6 months time. $10 a week

Programming for you specifically

My experiences in fitness training include a Muscle Building/Olympic weightlifting/CrossFit/Strongman I will develop a unique program specific to your overall requirements. This in         combination facetime and video analysis of your exercises as well as diet recommendations will get you to your goal faster! $50 a week
